Exceptions – Damaged Products Only

Returns or replacements will be considered only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible:

• An unboxing video is mandatory.

• The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening

  • Be continuous, without any cuts or edits

  • Clearly display the damaged product after opening

• Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Timeframe to Report Damage

• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Requests raised after this period will not be considered.

What Is Not Eligible for Return

• Size issues, fitting concerns, or change of mind

• Color differences due to screen or lighting variations

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Products damaged after delivery due to usage, washing, or improper handling

Packing & Quality Check

• All products go through a quality check before packing.

• Once packed and dispatched, products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
