This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund for products purchased through https://teehubshop.com/ (the “Platform”).
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
i. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
ii. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, customized, packed, or shipped, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
iii. Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order products (including jerseys with name/number customization) cannot be cancelled once production has started.
2. RETURNS POLICY
i. Returns, if applicable, must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
ii. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

iii. Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
3. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
i. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
ii. Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
iii. After verification, an appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund will be initiated at the discretion of TEEHUB ACTIVE WEARS.
4. PRODUCT NOT AS EXPECTED
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate decision will be taken.
5. WARRANTY PRODUCTS
In case of products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any warranty-related complaints must be directed to the respective manufacturer.
6. REFUND PROCESS
i. Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
ii. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
iii. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
