Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Many of our products are made-to-order or customized, so we are unable to cancel orders after confirmation.

  • No products will be cancelled or refunded once the order has been packed.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for any products once delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements will be considered only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

Packing & Dispatch Policy

  • Orders are packed under strict quality checks.

  • Once an order is packed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified under any circumstances.

  • Please ensure all order details (size, color, customization, address) are correct before placing your order.

Damaged Product Policy

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must be:

    • Continuous (no cuts or edits)

    • Clearly show the sealed package before opening

    • Clearly show the damaged product after unboxing

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Reporting Damage

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please contact our support team with the unboxing video and order details for verification.

Important Notes

  • Minor color variations due to screen or display differences are not considered damage.

  • Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or wear and tear is not eligible for refund or replacement.
