🔁 No Returns / No Exchanges
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like size, change of mind, or personal preference.
- This is due to shipping constraints and logistical challenges.
✅ Replacement Policy
- Replacements are only offered for products with damage or defects during transit.
- An unboxing video (starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the damage) is mandatory for any replacement request.
- Without an unpacking video, we will not be able to validate or process your claim.
🔄 Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order, and only for damaged items.
- We do not offer reverse pickups like Amazon or Flipkart. Customers are required to send the damaged product back to our address at their own cost.
- Once we receive and verify the return, the replacement will be processed.
- Please allow 10–14 working days for the exchange process to be completed.
