🔁 No Returns / No Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like size, change of mind, or personal preference.
  • This is due to shipping constraints and logistical challenges.

 

✅ Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are only offered for products with damage or defects during transit.
  • An unboxing video (starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the damage) is mandatory for any replacement request.
  • Without an unpacking video, we will not be able to validate or process your claim.

 

🔄 Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order, and only for damaged items.
  • We do not offer reverse pickups like Amazon or Flipkart. Customers are required to send the damaged product back to our address at their own cost.
  • Once we receive and verify the return, the replacement will be processed.
  • Please allow 10–14 working days for the exchange process to be completed.
